Flat Rate Shipping:
For orders UNDER $300 there is a flat rate charge of $22 within the USA.
International shipping costs are usually around $75 depending on the size/weight of the order. 4LooseDiamonds.com is not responsible for any import/duty taxes charged.
Incorrect Ring Size Returns:
Please be aware that if an item is returned because of incorrect ring size you must arrange shipping costs back to us for resizing and return back to you. This applies to
ALL items purchased at 4LooseDiamonds.com. Please take your time when choosing your ring size. You may use our
ring size tool.
When Will Your Order Be Processed:
For all products, if you place your order before 3 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. For example, if before 3 PM Eastern Time you order an item that has same day shipping, it will ship the same day. If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping to Alternate Address:
If you will not be home to sign for your order, 4LooseDiamonds.com can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the FedEx location nearest you.
Delivery Details:
Your order delivery method is determined based on the price of your order (before tax). You'll find your method of free shipping listed on the Shipping Information page within the shopping basket. If you are offered free USPS®, or FedEx® 2Day® delivery, we provide the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method for a small fee.
We will do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives in time. However, inclement weather has been known to cause delays in select cities. Typically these delays are only one business day. Your up-to-the-minute order details are available on your order status page.

If your order is being shipped via FedEx® Priority Overnight or 2Day delivery service:
- Delivery usually arrives in one or two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.
- 4LooseDiamonds.com will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
- Signature is required for shipments totaling $250 or more, regardless of any waivers you may have with FedEx.
If your order is shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2Day delivery service, a signature is required upon delivery for shipments totaling $250 or more. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 1-888-254-9855 and a diamond and jewelry consultant will arrange this for you.
If your order is being shipped by FedEx® Ground:
- Delivery usually occurs in one to six business days after it is shipped from 4LooseDiamonds.com.
- May arrive on Saturday, at no extra charge.
- 4LooseDiamonds.com will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
If your order is being shipped to an APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail:
- Delivery usually occurs within three business days after it is shipped from 4LooseDiamonds.com.
- 4LooseDiamonds.com will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
- No signature is required.
